Doula Services

Fertility

I get it. I really do. Did you know that fertility doulas are a thing? Not many people do. But if we have birth doulas and postpartum doulas…why wouldn’t we have fertility doulas too?? I can help with understanding your options. I’ll give you tips for conception and find resources for additional help if the situation arises. Need some company at appointments? I can do that too.

Birth

I’m here to help you feel empowered and supported throughout your pregnancy and birth experience. I’ll help you learn to weigh risks and benefits and to advocate for yourself. I’ll also be there to keep you comfy during labor and keep things going smoothly once baby makes their arrival.

Postpartum

Postpartum tests you in every way humanly possible. I’m not sure why postpartum doulas aren’t automatically part of the care plan, but they should be. I’ll forever argue their importance and naturally, be here to provide the service. Simple chores, troubleshooting newborn care and being an extra pillar of support are all the name of the game.
